“The work started on the 23rd and finished the 27th. The guy that initially came here before the work had started, did not understand while I was trying to ask questions regarding the price, there was language barrier. He just started taking measurements. So I had to speak to Flabio, who I believe is the manager, they didn’t understand that I just wanted an estimate. When they came to do the work, they sanded and refinished hardwood floors in the living room, dining room,kitchen and foyer . I’m not sure of the exact square footage , but they are all bigger and decent size rooms. 

They also took out the quarter round of the baseboard and replaced it with white quarter round. However, when they replaces it , this company doesn’t caulk it. Due to some mis communication between company workers, they started to partially caulk it. Some of the pieces need to be recut, They wanted me to send them pieces of it, so I did and that is how they knew it was only partially caulked. Afterwards, they came back out and finished caulking. I mostly communicated via text. They were competitively priced for their hardwood and refinishing. The floor looks good, it is pretty smooth. If there was any questions I had, they always advised me and responded.  They didn’t want us to pay until we were completely satisfied. They got all of the money at the end the end of the work.“
